—on the way out for a hike, these bikes and cars caught my eye....great i said to myself, a great photo. Closing in for the shot, tucked away in the corner....a little black cat.  Just goes to show you, you never know what you might find if you just get a little closer and take another look.

 —this sidewalk speedway is located in my hometown! seeing life thru the lens of a camera can be so much fun....the other day i discovered these two tiny race cars etched in concrete around the corner.  just goes to show you, you never know what you what might find if you just keep your mind open.

—not long ago a tree root tripped me up while hiking....i fell hard, jammed my left arm, and still feel some residual pain, especially at night. sometimes it keeps me awake.  i try to make good use of everything that comes my way, even pain.
