1235. twilight
traveling
as i look out the window
far away
*
twilight
smokey blue whales
floating by
*
off in the distance
the whistle of a train
at twilight
*
two old trees
miles apart growing closer
at twilight
*
twilight
painting a dream
of twilight
Daydreaming at twilight. This picture will never win a prize, yet I love it.
1234. modern man
up…up…up
tiny arms and legs, a big head
and a bed of steel
*
filling up the sky
with concrete and steel—
will it ever end?
Will it ever end? Do we really need another building? Let me go back to the woods and the big blue sky.
