This is a Plymouth Rock hen. These chickens are family-friendly, good with children and pets. They’re calm and relatively quiet, and they’re capable of laying 4-5 eggs every week. They don’t fly well and are trusted, and with enough time and practice they can become lap chickens, if you so desire!
