Rain, rain, rain again. Feeling achy, foggy, sluggish, don’t want to get out of bed in the morning? Here are some suggestions from TCM: Avoid icy foods and beverages, fried foods, bananas, cheese. Eat more barley, red beans, oats, brown rice, roasted meats, asparagus, carrots, green tea, and use onions, ginger, garlic. Exercise moderately to promote energy circulation.
