1956. our anniversary

exchanging rings
sharing life together
feeling grateful

It’s been 365 days, 8,760 hours, and  525,600 minutes since we exchanged our rings, vowing to love, honor, and respect each other in marriage. We have been working mutually to nurture kindness, friendship, patience, harmony, and peace at home.
G. K. Chesterton believed in The Miracle of the Ordinary. He thought that common daily life—filled with mundane responsibilities—holds more wonder, mystery, and divine natural law than any abstract philosophy. Our experience has shown this to be true.
