pretty pink cloud
waiting for the sun to go down,
a touch of rouge
I stepped out the door at sundown and looked up. Off in the distance, there was the prettiest little cloud hanging all by itself in the sky. It was pink. By the time I walked down to the post office, the cloud had turned gray and was beginning to drift away. Made me think of Lao Tzu’s philosophical teachings. He once said, “If you want to know about life, just look to Nature.” Everything changes, nothing stays the same.
