These things stopped me. I saw them in a gift shop recently. They puzzled me. I’m still puzzled. What are they? Are they desktop toys or paperweights or some kind of game or collectible people? Who made them….why….when? The sign read PLEASE BOUNCE RESPONSIBLY—are they 21st Century’s Slinky’s? Are they Millennials, or maybe Gen Xers or Gen Ys, or Cuspers? Help, anybody! I give up!🤪
